I've searched some different threads but still no real solution. Anyone have any insightful input on mounting fridge slide to the bed directly using riv-nuts/nutserts or plus nuts. Or attach it to a plywood base and anchor that using the bed bolts or something? behind the seat isn't an option.
    Thanks!

I mounted my slide to plywood cut precisely to fit in between my bed stiffener/wheel well/drawer. It works great and unintended auto-tilt feature makes access much easier. I’ve run Hells Revenge and Trifecta with it and had no issues. I also considered your rivnut idea, but I really like how easily I can remove it.

my hero! Running the same TC stiffeners. Definitely like to keep my system modular. How do you keep it from sliding back? I have a bed rack so I'll be housing my new fridge in an enclosed box with DIY arkpak behind it powering the operation.

That's what I was thinking. Thanks for the input. I see so many fridges installed, but very few document the mounting solution.

You'd have to use rivnuts for plastic when mounting to the plastic bed, but as @DoorDing says it may be too much load for rivnuts for plastic.

Nice build!, unfortunately using the back seat isn't an option at this point. Just ordered the newish dometic fridge with the wifi and a slide. Pretty pumped. On my 8 week trip around the country having a shitty cooler was by far one of my biggest challenges. I had to eat warm beer.

The area from 70 along 191. The BLM land west of arches is lots of fun. Could have stayed there for days exploring.

On the bars side to side or front to back? Just saw someone mounted there panel under the bars side to side. Can't remember there panel. I have a 100w renogy. Im try to firgure out a quick disconnect system, like using max trax pins or something. So it's safe and easily removable.

Ohhh nice. I was also looking at some tilting frame on Amazon it's just some aluminum angle with holes and a pin so you can easily adjust. But it might sit to high for me.

Cool. Heres mine i made. That box seemed too flimsy to throw around for my liking.

Nice and compact. My idea started there, but escalated quickly to a 60lb 105ah AGM behemoth. I was stuck in an Australian touring YouTube hole. They have some crafty and clean solutions for just about everything overland/touring.

Doing x-ray, I got hooked up with a few batteries that power our portable X-Ray units. When one goes low, I'll toss the next one in while other charges.

The slide mount or the slide? The TC stiffener keeps the plywood/2x4 platform from sliding backwards. The slide assembly is bolted to the plywood. And there is a locking pin that locks the slide either open or closed, so nothing moves unless I want it to.

The entire ply/2x4 base. I guess I meant, the whole unit sliding towards the cab.

The wheel well prevents it from moving forward.
