Filled up my truck yesterday at about 1/4 tank. Cranked her up and the gauge showed zero and told me to refuel.
No fix after resetting both trip meters and zeroing out the eco history, so I went back to the pump and topped her off again. This time the gauge was right, but the average mileage was still set for the previous tank. I couldn't figure out how to reset that.
Anyone had this happen or know why it occurred? Maybe a stuck fuel float or something? The only other thing I think might have possibly affected it is the aftermarket locking gas cap I use.

Sometimes I'll fill up in my driveway...the miles til empty doesn't change til I actually move the truck. If it happens again, just drive it a couple feet and see if it corrects
