All of that is going away along with the deck boards that morning. Now I just need a trailer with legal plates.

 

I can't make the 7th and neither can my wife. If it switches to the 7th y'all have a good time. We'll still plan to go Sunday the 8th and do a trash patrol.

Agreed lol , i liked his because he starts at like 1-2 pm. We are a little booked with house stuff that weekend so can only show up around that time. That’s why i got happy

Everybody be careful on ladders an junk..

My best friend back home David was at work fixing a big bay door for big rigs he works on and doing so something broke an knocked him off the 15 foot e xtention ladder an he ended up smashing his skull real bad and broke his jaw.
He just got out of surgery and putting a metal cap in. It's been 8 hour surgery. He's gotta rest before they work on his jaw.
They are optimistic about his recover thank God.
I'll be flying up there when he's rested.
Best dude ever too.

It's a cluster fuck.... Between the Regional Texas threads on here and the multiple Facebook Pages, it's hard to follow. I honestly didn't even know people were doing a Bastrop run this past weekend. Guess we weren't invited? Then @riz_atx brought up the idea of doing a TTC meetup on the 8th for T&T, cleanup, and group photos. Which sounded like a phenomenal idea....

Think what I'm trying to say is that there are multiple groups with their own agenda. So TTC should just have its own event calendar, and if people from other groups show up, that's great since that seems to be the aim. And if not then that's OK too.

A running event post (twice a week) would help, highlighting planned events that are open to the group including things like the Jamboree, open beach runs, etc. Personally not a Facebook fan but having the official meets on there as well would be the way to reach people that are scattered across the interwebs.... Just my 2 cents....
