3rd gen twin turbo

Can anyone help me I’m trying to twin turbo my 2017 tacoma sport, but I can’t find any twin turbo kits to do it.
And what mods can I do to make my tacoma faster.

That's because there aren't any yet.

Only accelerate downhill with a tail wind.

 

Easy killer, power mods for this truck are not common yet.
There is talk of a Magnuson Supercharger kit in the future. I think its been in R&D for a while.
Until that comes, the best bet for power is a cold air intake, OV tune, and the most free flowing exhaust you can find (I think URD has the best performance options).

If you really want twin turbos, it will all be custom. I haven't heard of anyone doing this, and these engine heads are new. Who even knows how much boost this engine can even take?

I feel your pain though, these trucks are slooooow.

 

With a turbo/super charger would you have to do anything to the transmission? Does it cause excessive wear?

U have a speed governor.
The only way to make the truck "faster" is bypassing that, and that talk isnt allowed here on tw to my knowledge

 

Id take 1 and a typhoon... and a gnx plz.

 

There was a good run for a couple years - the Typhoon, Cyclone, & GNT.

 

I don't think he was referring to TOP SPEED being faster.

OP: there are NO twin turbo kits for our truck(yet) not even a single turbo. Not even a supercharger kit. Hopefully soon something will come to market. I'm betting a S/C will be first.

 

Any body looked at the 3.5 internals? How much wood could a wood chuck, if a wood chuck could chuck wood?
