Tie Down Cleat Rails 2 or 3 on stock?

new to me 2016 tacoma. It has the sliding rails on the left and right side each having 2 sliding tie down cleats.

When I look, it appears that there are mounting bolts along the front of the bed (cab side) that would line up for a 3rd tie down rail setup.

Does such a rail exist? If so, I'm curious if the previous owner took this off or never had it to start with (optional feature???)

If it does exist, anyone have a good part number or name of this part that I could search for? I'd like to get it if so.

 

Didn't come on 3rd gens. Supposedly they came with the second gen. trucks, but will also fit the 3rd gens. So, you need to find one from a 2nd gen. Sorry, no idea of part #.

 

3rd Gens only came with the two side ones. The 2nd Gen front rail bolts right up:

It is a crazy way to save a few $$ on production.

In my little world, I wish they saved a couple $$ and made all the bed rails level. It makes no sense for the front one to stick up above the others.

 

Ah. Awesome!! That would explain why I saw hints of existing but never on a gen 3.

For the $40. Seems like a no brained purchase to me.

Prob will use that one just as much if not more that the side ones.
