    I am selling a brand new C4 Fabrication Lo Pro Winch Bumper for the 3rd Gen Tacoma. It has no bull bar. I would prefer not to ship unless buyer is willing to cover the cost (it is 90lbs so keep that in mind). I decided to go for a full size bumper as this mailed out, so selling this now.
    It is still bare steel as they ship it.
