No. A leaf pack shouldn't really affect the alignment. Everything is the same angle, just lower.

Not hard...I did it by myself. Well I had my 9 year old helping. Bolt in the front first and use the stock bottle jack to push the rear bushings into the perch.

 

My pre/post measurements are miles part, so Bill said just measure ftom the floor to the fender, all 4 were DF 39 PF 39.5 DR 40 PR40.25 so im happy with the overall height.

 

But it will be more in the rear. Measure it again when you get the bed unloaded

 

I did it with no jacks, etc.
