TRD Off-road oem roof rack

Is anyone running the oem roof rack on a TRD Off Road? I'm thinking about getting one for my 2017 Blue Pearl but I wanted to see if any Off Roaders have them on and how others use them.

I was thinking about purchasing one for my 18 trdor, I’ve seen knock offs on Amazon, but would want OEM.

 

I had a low profile Baja roof rack on the FJ I had that I really liked. I contacted them once about a similar rack for my Tacoma with an expanded steel mat as I had on the FJ but they never responded. They do have a nice rack for the Tacoma but it just has crossbars. I wanted the mesh floor to stand on taking photos.

Question:
Reference the part of the OEM roof rack that runs along the roof line, is there weather striping under that piece? You can tell next to the rear window that there is a piece running vertical towards the OEM rack but not sure if it continues on under that piece. I don't have the OEM rack and am just curious.
