Sometimes at full lock during low speeds, my truck makes a loud clink metallic noise from somewhere in the front suspension.

If it means anything, the alignment is still perfect and my truck does get beat on and taken offroad regularly.

Could be your u-joints and you’re miss hearing the location? Also check to see if there’s any movement in the shock where it attaches to the top hat

I don't think so, or it's unlikely at least. It's got to be something steering related.

I had this on my old 2nd gen. It was when going fairly slow and turning. Sounding like two metal bricks being slapped together.
Replaced the cv axle on the side with the noise and it went away.

Hmmmm, that could be it. I have a CPO warranty from Toyota, think it'll be covered under that?

I'm going with steering stops, when your at full lock and the suspension moves it is the stops that will make a noise.

Put a little grease on them and see if it goes away.
