Bondo plastic bumper repair. It's a two part syringe and it's easy to use. It comes with fiberglass patch for holes. It sands nice, and it goes for about $5. Then you can rattle it with bedline to give it a nice flat black. Doesn't take long. Had a little run in I wanted to repair. It worked out pretty nice.
