The lift, 2wd, and looks of the truck will cause a limited buyer pool, that being said, I could see that truck selling for about $25-27k in California.

Beautiful looking truck but I would be cautious on buying this. Personally would never buy a 2 wheel drive truck as I live in a place with a lot of snow and like to explore. If this were a 4x4, the 7" lift would be a big concern to me. My max is about 3-4" before I would want the entire vehicle gone thru. 7" is a lot of strain for that truck if it hasn't been setup perfectly. Not saying it hasn't been, but it is a big gamble not knowing exactly how it was lifted. Have seen 3" lifts completed for $500 and under (Spacers and blocks, etc.) that are not great and have seen 3" lifts for $3,000 that are setup properly. It really is a beautiful truck and if you enjoy it, then it is priceless. :)

What are the general opinions on Tacomas and KBB values? Pretty accurate?

I think KBB is pretty accurate, also would check NAD Values too. In the region I live, Northern Michigan, it is extremely common for a Toyota Tacoma to go for much more than KBB. To give you an example: My truck is a 2011, 4x4, 4 Door, Long Bed, & 160k miles. I receive monthly offers from the dealership, not form mail, but actual letters, telling me they will buy it ASAP for $19k. That is almost $4,000 more than I paid for it a year ago. It is crazy up here, Tacoma's and Subaru's generally go for way over KBB in my region, which makes buying a used car and getting financing almost impossible as the bank won't value the vehicle high enough. I would think your truck would be worth all of what KBB is telling you. Not sure about not having the 4 wheel drive option, I don't know how much that changes the overall value? I would buy a 2 wheel drive Tacoma in a heartbeat if I didn't live in an area where 4 wheel is truly needed. My brother who lives in Dallas, only buys 2 wheel drive trucks as it is a highway vehicle. His gas mileage is so much better than my 4 wheel. Hope that helps, and again nice looking truck.

This. My objective when I did the suspension on my truck was minimal lift with increased wheel travel. This truck is just not set up close to what I was looking for (ignoring the fact that it's a prerunner).
