REALLY want to do this today...

Last time I bought from them they hooked me up with free shipping. If they'll do it again I'm doing it.

Someone talk me out of this, save me from myself!

^^^This.. are you going to regear your truck anytime soon? That seems like a lot of steel with 33s on your daily driver:ballchain:

Hmmmm $125 difference for aluminum... I'll have to add up all the weights and figure out how much lighter it is.

I've always had reservations about aluminum skids tough. Anyone have any experience with aluminum armor? Can it take a hit?

Truck is standard so I figured I can get away with it for a while. It'll suck but I'm thinking it'll be tolerable until I can get some new gears in.

I'm not sure, but might as well go steel if you plan to smash it on a rock.

You can always drop the skids if you aren't planning on crawling to work during the week

Yeah youll probably be alright. These 6spds are geared pretty low compared to the autos. I get like 15-16 mpg normally.. overdrive just turns lots of revs at 70-75

If i drive 55-60 i can see over 20mpg.. but that rarely happens:D
