It has potential. But due to circumstances that we were put in because of AirBnB types in the Yosemite area, I will never do that as long as we live/work near the Parks. Part of the reason we had to relocate was because too many (non local/investor types) were overpaying to get nightly rentals. Its driving out the entire local community. Employees in any business are having to commute 20+miles because theres no housing... Consequently, the National Parks are suffering because of it. Theres only a small inventory of govt housing available. Theres a high demand for employee housing outside parks. Once were settled, we will likely rent to other employees. We know how hard it is...

Well you have a standing invite to get on up here and play in it. Isn't it pretty? Will be here for awhile.

At least you got to see some this year where your at

Have to start about 4:30 working on getting it out of the driveway supposed to stop at 4. I hope the snowblower fires up. I'd call in sick if it doesn't but can't. Well could...

    Evening all.

One heck of a stressful day today. Stomach is in knots. My coworker comes back from vacation tomorrow. I'll be happy to give the problems from her production lines back!

@Cuffs, one heck of a before and after picture. I can't imagine starting over after a fire like that.
