iSeeCars.com analyzed over 13.5 million used cars sold in 2017 from model years 1981 through 2017. Models that were not in production as of the 2017 model year, heavy duty-vehicles, and models with fewer than 10,000 cars sold were excluded from further analysis. For each model, the percentage of the number of cars with at least 200,000 miles was calculated.

I see a lot of vehicles that would be classified as rust buckets held together by duct tape, chewing gum and a prayer. Of course, there is no way to quantify that data.

    The first gen Colorado (mid-2000s).

I'm just laughing that you commented on the Colorado and not the POS Pacifica.

My first gen tacoma 325000 miles and still going strong but the best part is all original minus normal wear and tear parts like tires and brake pads and oil but let me just say its seen a very hard life day and night off road many hours.

We've routinely put over 200K on Cummins powered rams over the past 30 years.

There's an actual club for Cummins powered vehicles that hit various high mileage milestones. Even when we sell them (200 to 300K) they still bring stupid high prices at auction.

If that survey had not excluded HD trucks and models with sales under 10K per year, there would be some significant changes to those lists. Wink wink -Land cruiser and most diesel powered HD trucks..
