    Pressure cooked ribs followed by a glaze of bbq sauce and a few minutes under the broiler. They are amazing. I cook them this way all the time.

    I bought my wife an instapot last year and that thing is amazing.

    You can get a lined (non-stick) pot for the Instapot...The lava cake doesn't stick in it then. Also you can make yogurt in the damn things.

    I know there are liner bags for slow cookers, but I don't think you can use those with pressure cookers. There's nothing slow about how hot they get and how fast they get there. I bought a ceramic non-stick pot for my Instant Pot and it works great. I would search for a non stick pot made specifically for the brand you have.
