What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Only shocks kind of didn’t want to void to much or any of my warranty
As for the ride is good I don’t feel no difference in my opinion
And thank you was pretty simple if you got all the right tools to do it yourself.
Still have to do an alignment on it have an appointment for Saturday.

When you Debagged did you just use like goo gone or similar? And did you wax/polish the place you removed the emblems?

 

Upgraded my dash speakers with some Kickers.. Uge difference!

 

Used a hair dryer for heat up, most came off pretty easy. The black on the doors was the hardest part.
I used

$26 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner, 08987, Removes Adhesive Residue, Gentle On Paint/Vinyl/Fabric, 15 fl oz

3M Adhesive Remover to get the residue off. Then wash & wax.

 

Purchased these today to match new lights better when they are done.

 

Thanks debating if I want to debagge or buy black overlays I herd the stickers on the bed was a bitch with the sticky Residue

 

Yep, swung by the dealership. Of course, gotta come back to have another guy take a look. I'm sure they'll put something on it to cover (but I could get a can of spray paint too!),
when its that freakin` new.

Took off the polished exhaust tip and dropped it at my cousin's house for powder coating

 

You're gonna love em' on the truck!



They look sooooo good!

 

They will match the blacked out headlights, they have good reviews and are street legal. Should be easy install since I will have most of the front of the truck off anyway...
