    I have a silver 2008 trd off-road, but I want to put on a new hood panel with a hoodscoop. Everywhere I’ve seen requires them to get painted after ordering. Anyone in the Temecula area selling one??? Or any tips on where to find one??

    There are hood swap threads. But they're 90% people looking to get a skewp. So good luck. Painting isn't all that bad if you get a new one.
