Thanks. The 17s are aluminum and I think the bs is a little different... I ordered 1.25 so hopefully it'll work out.

Yup, it really is very interesting. If I had use for a minivan I'd buy one just to muck about with it. The rear axle is 4 linked haha and has a center section that can take a Supra lsd. The front is coils and arms. Mid engine, possible AWD and SC. It's a sports car that hold people haha

The article i read called it a hot hatch lol

I can't phathom why that sc would be any better than the TRD SC, but I admire your drive and ingenuity to make it work. I hope it pans out and you keep us updated. Plus it would be funny to see you prove Monte wrong.

I appreciate the kind words. The only reason it is worth considering is because it is super easy to adapt to other engines. Plus it moves more air than the TRD charger per revolution. A lot more than the 4cyl SC and about 1.5 as much as the 6cyl SC

Damn ok. That's crazy haha. I always thought twin screw beat roots generally. My next question is how cheap are the previa sc in comparison? I assumed you were applying it to a 4 banger. I hadnt checked your truck specs or even imagined it working on a v6. This just got even more interesting

I'm not doing it to prove anyone wrong. Monte is my friend and he's probably right it won't be as easy as I want it to be. I'm just trying to come in with decent results and under budget. No competition here :)

Both the V6 and 4cyl taco Superchargers are roots just like the one from the previa. They just happen to be different sizes. But you're correct, twin-screw is way more efficient than roots could ever be. Also I do have a 4cyl, but all it would take is engine bay room and the right brackets to adapt this idea to a V6.
