Got some scuffs on my fenders already. Can't feel anything crossing my fingernail over them so it's not a deep scratch or anything. Any advice on buffing them out or diminishing the look?

Edit: Referring to the black plastic fender flares on ORs

On the black plastic flares? Or on the actual metal painted fender?

On the black plastic fender flares. I'll throw up a picture or two after work.

If they are just in the clear coat they can be buffed out.

If they are so light that you aren’t feeling them with your finger, but you can see them, you may want to get some 303 protectant. It may make them a little less noticeable. It’s awesome stuff for any black plastic parts of your truck, because it restores, and UV protects the black color. It’s like armor all on steroids

x2 on 303. should hide it some, and also it is like sunscreen for plastic and vinyl. will keep it looking new and won't fade

Hey Joe, if you're gonna off road in brush then can't do anything about it. If you want to fix it, sand with 3,4,5,600 wet sand and spray with Duplicolor Bumper and Trim paint in clear, that stuff is pretty good, did an 03 Taco and came out perfect.....don't sand too deep don't know what color is under, or color match then the clear. Should look good......

We all know whats acceptable... to us... alone.
    Personally, to me....
its a truck. Sometimes I find myself off on some trails....
Some of those trails have brush, branches, etc.
    Scrapes happen.
I'll even wash the truck from time to time.

The hips on these trucks don’t lie, eh? My rear flares (painted, however) are already covered in rock chips just from the highway. Just the flares interestingly enough, not a single mark on the bedside.
