I have the a 2017 toyota tacoma offroad MT and was curious if anyone has used the Pelfreybilt Fuse Panel. I believe I remember reading that the regular MT taco was a little different than the Offroad MT. Something about the clutch res was mounted a little different off the fender than other tacos. Does anyone have any info on this. I emailed them but no response.

I'm using it on my truck, the clutch fluid reservoir is tighter to the panel than I'd like, but it doesn't rub so I guess it's okay.

It doesn't work if you have the gas strut hood lift

The circuit breaker positions (two) are not worth anything as far as the fuse panel shown is concerned. Assuming one of them feeds the multi-ckt fuse panel all it will do is protect the short wire from the bkr to the fuse panel--maybe 3-4 inches long. What you really want to do is protect the wire from the multi-ckt fuse panel back to the source that is feeding it, ie, the battery. Should have a fuse at that point. Blue Seas makes a nice 100-amp fuse that would be just right for feeding the typical 12 circuit fuse panel. And the wire from that fuse to the fuse panel would need to be rated for 100-amp. Probably #4. I bought the Pelfrey Bilt fuse panel, had it powder coated, and plan to mount my 12 ckt Blue Seas fuse panel on it.

Thanks for sharing, been looking all morning to find a pic of this installed.

I'm just hooking in my LED lighting accessories cause I hate that its all taped to the battery right now. Question, if you know. Right now its all taped to battery and each one has an in-line fuse and relay. If I use this setup do I have to cut the in-line fuse out or would it work with it and I just remove the connection from the battery and add it to the fuse block?
