Truck going in for third time for same problem

The misinformation in this thread isn't surprising, but it is worrying.

In Georgia for example, the manufacture gets 3 tries to fix a problem. The catch is you have to send the manufacture a final attempt to repair letter before work is started. At that point they get one more attempt to fix it. If the issue arises again then you have to send in copies of all work receipts plus a formal buyback request. Then wait for he manufacture to make their buyback offer

Georgia also has days out of service as does Florida. Basically..Use, value or safety. When I was an arbitrator it wasn't so much the vehicles being a lemon but poor customer service on the dealership. Consumer friendly law. Tie goes to the consumer
