Low/Rough idle 4.0 4x4 AT

Hello,

As the title states I am having some idling issues with my truck. I have replaced the plugs, air filter, cleaned the maf and throttle body, but have an annoying shake at idle. Also low idling rpm in gear.

I caught and cleared a few codes but never thrown a cel. Odd that the idle throttle position hovers around 15% I don't know if that's normal or a bad throttle body? I know the cheap scanners/apps typically show 75% at max throttle but this particular app shows it at about 81-82%.

Error codes that were logged but not tripping CEL:

P0442
P0121

Screenshot is what I grabbed from the app, anything jumping out as abnormal? Truck was warm and idling in gear. Thanks in advance
