I'm not aiming to do anything new or unheard of. This is simply a diary of what I've done, and what I intend to do. Feel free to comment, suggest ideas, give opinions, or even shame me on the things I'm doing.

    About Me:

My name's Bobby. I'm from Northeast Alabama, and have been living in Florida for the past 16 years. I've lived in Lakeland and Winter Haven for most of that time, but married and moved to Sebring, where I have been for the past 3 years. I work public safety and am a jack-of-all-trades type guy.

I started by trading in my '04 SR5 AT DCSB 2x4 on the '17 TRD Sport AT 4x4 DCSB on 2/11/18. The '17 was a previous lease and had 829 miles on it, and had a manufacture date of 05/2017.

I bought the 100,000 mi extended bumper-to-bumper warranty offered through the dealer, which added about $2,000 to the financed cost. I was offered $5,500 for my old truck, which was about $1,500 - $2,000 more than I anticipated due to mileage and body damage. I financed a total of $31,900 after trade, tax, tag & title @ 2.94% for 72 months.

    Mods installed to date:

    Aesthetics:
    -
    SCS Ray10 17" x 9" -38mm offset Wheels.
    - Nitto Ridge Grapplers 265/65/R17
    - TRD Pro faux grill from Amazon. Purchased here.
    - @PvilleJohn was nice enough to give me his black lower valance (lower black bumper piece) and only charged me $31 in shipping. Otherwise, free.
    - Removed the rear V6 badging from the tailgate.
    - Removed, scuffed, primed and painted the door badging matte black.
    - Added black mountain accent stickers above the door badging. Purchased here.
    - MESO Customs Ultimate LED Mirror Lights.
    - Had a paint sealer applied to the entire truck, which should help protect against fading or chalking of the paint.
    - TRD Pro tail light lenses. Purchased from Toyota.
    - Black tailgate letter inserts.
    - TRD BRO Faux Badging.

    Interior
    - Husky X-Act Contour front and rear floor liners.
    - Tacoma front and rear sill protectors
    - Kicker Tweeter Upgrade.
    - 8% Window Tint in the front, 6% in the rear doors and rear glass. Unknown darkness on the windshield, but it's tinted.

    Utility
    - Toyota bed mat. Purchased from Toyota.
    - MESO Customs Gasshole.
    - Auto Vent Shades from AutoZone.
    - MESO Customs dome light (white).
    - Center Console caddy insert.
    - Center Console Armrest Padding.

Here is the truck as it sits as of 2/20/19

Mods I want to add in the future:
    -
Conversion to LEDs all the way around the truck.
    - Powerlock Tailgate Mod.
    - Ditch Lights.
    - Rokform phone mount.
    - Dynamat
    - Front grille camera.
    - BHLM if I get brave.
    - Cap / Shell with roof rack / rails for a rooftop tent. (this would be the last thing I do).
    - 3”/1” Lift using Kings, UCAs and AAL.
    - Sliders
    - Oil Catch Can.
    - Restitched steering wheel leather.
    - Wife's approval.
