Warranty service work

well this looks like a good place to post my service records for my tire and brake inspection from 5k to 20k services......until now, i never knew my tires never worn down and would last forever and....my brakes can actually grow metal on the read drum pads....here goes:

20k Service

Tires Brakes
RF 9/32 RF 9mm
LF 9/32 LF 5mm

RR 9/32 RR 9mm
LF 9/32 RR 5mm

15k Service

Tires Brakes
RF 9/32 RF 9mm
LF 9/32 LF 5mm

RR 9/32 RR 9mm
LF 9/32 RR 5mm

10k Service

Tires Brakes
RF 9/32 RF 9mm
LF 9/32 LF 5mm

RR 9/32 RR 9mm
LF 9/32 RR 4mm

5k Service

Tires Brakes
RF 10/32 RF 9mm
LF 10/32 LF 5mm

RR 10/32 RR 10mm
LF 10/32 RR 10mm

Ummmm.....RR Brakes at 5k is 10mm and goes to 4mm at 10k and then grows to 5mm at 15k and stays at 5mm at the 20k service.....

Ummmm.....tire depth at 5k was 10/32 and stays that way until 20k......my tires my be floating on air especially since i have driven to Salt Lake twice...once in July and once in January.....

Any bets on what they will measure at 20k in 2 months?

BTW: all of these services were done at same dealer.....this happened to my Lexus GS350 and when they told me I need new rotors front and rear, I asked why my rotors and pads all measured the same at each service......got new rotors and pads at no cost

 

no problem....i understand where you are coming from...just wanted to point out my thinking
