Too many but also not enough mods
Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area, its an off road adventure park. Its about 3-4 hrs from NYC. I went there in Nov and had a lot of fun even though my truck was pretty much stock.

Saw a guy over the weekend in an 05-11 single cab 2nd gen in magnetic grey. Had a 4-banger with a dual exhaust that sounded very good. I passed you heading north on Nicolls, near Mark Tree Rd. If you're on here, I wanna know what exhaust setup you were running cause if I don't go external wastegate, I want a sound similar to yours!

Any off-road trails / beach fire spots still around or did this BS state take that fun away too?

depends on the situation... depends on the desired cruising speed really...
i try and use 4hi if and when at all possible, leaving 4lo for when it is really beneficial and needed

if you wanna creep real slow 4lo can be nice but at speeds above 10mph 4hi handles it just fine if not much better

being properly aired down and keeping the right gear and rpm all plays a big factor also in picking 4hi or 4low

ive driven LI beaches at 40psi, 25psi and 15psi

there is such a great benefit running 15psi on our beaches but boy shit is airing up a lame chore...

last few times i went out i aired down just under 20psi kets my etc on and held it in s1 or s2 depending on speed, s1 for 10ish mph and s2 20mph but feel like i really need to floor it. might just be my over sized tires holding me back

I use 4Lo for the most part. But I'm a 4banger 5speed so I usually cruise down Smith's Point in 4th around 20mph. I haven't taken it on the beach since going turbo, though. Probably going to get my pass this weekend

air down as far as 15mph, those last 5psi make way more of a difference than the first -20psi you let out
