Mine leaks a little bit down the left side, but nothing that causes major problems for what I'm hauling. What little bit of moisture does get in goes underneath the bed mat. I know I'm definitely happy with mine and think it's one of the best mods I've done.

Very easy if you have the dash prying tools.

Drivers side, use the small pry tool to remove the cover on the A-pillar.. the cover has the "SRS airbag" writing on it.
Remove the screw with a 10mm socket wrench
pull the a-pillar plastic to the right and shimmy up slowly
remove the tweeter cover using pry tool, it's held down by clips

10mm wrench, remove the two screws, lift the tweeter up, and there's a clip on one side, push that in, then pull the cable out.
Plug new tweeter in, line up with the screw hold and screw back in place.

Put the a-pillar back in. You have come in at an angle, pay attention to the bottom corner to help you guide it and it should sit flush.
BE CAREFUL - there's a clip that can fall off in the middle so keep an eye on it if you make several attempts to have the pillar sit correctly.
Once it's right, it will click in place, then put the screw back on and finally the cover.

For the passenger side, it's the same thing, except there are two screws to remove on the grab handle. use pry tool, but these covers stay tethered, just push them out of the way. Once the screws are removed, pull from the TOP of the pillar cover. You can keep one hand on the grab handle for steadiness.

Just in case... it might have been 11mm socket.. either way, use a metric socket.

Easily one of the best mods I've done for the cost. It makes a big difference.

EDIT: be careful with the airbag :)
