I am on the market for a front bumper and was checking out DV8 products on ebay and noticed that they did not have any bumpers listed for 3rd gen. I called them today and was notified that they are (as of very recently) now making available the new 3rd gen front bumpers. The bumper consists of 3 separate main pieces. The light bar brackets are not yet available. I'm undecided if I am going in this direction, but I thought that I would post pics to hear other's feedback.

Doesn't seem to help any pertaining to approach angle/clearance. In fact, the front of the wheel well looks worse than stock if trying to use it tire clearance at full compression.

I don't have better side view pics, but I agree that the tire clearance looks limited.
