I've been through 3 blower resistors over the 240,000 miles I have owned my 05 Taco. Now a new issue that I searched the forum but didn't find anyone else who has had this happen. The blower only works on low and medium settings but not high.
I found the issue and looks like I will need new pigtail connector for the switch and possibly a new blower switch assembly. Anyone know where to I can find the connector and switch in the aftermarket?

You could try a junkyard. The spot where yours is melted is not a common problem. Most of the switch assemblies in trucks sitting in junkyard lots should be just fine. You could snip as much wiring off as you need too..
