I'm not sure how to even word this question, but here it goes. What is the type of color used for the cement, quicksand, and Calvary blue tacos? Like, what is it called? What type of paint is it?

 

Flat automotive paint with clear coat on top. Though the cement has a slight pearl added to it. The other two colors may also

 

I know that most of the other colors you didn't name have metal flake in them. The ones you named do not, so in a way they're kind of flat, but that's not right because they are glossy
