    I have OME 885s on 5100s @ 0 setting. I would like to get another 1/2" lift.

Question is would it be better to raise the 5100s one clip or add a top spacer?

Just thinking about it, it seems that raising the 5100 setting (raising the bottom spring perch) would = loss in down travel where the top spacer would not affect travel?????

Same question asked here but not as extreme: Question was answered in post #5.

Any comments relating to my specific application?

Throw a 1/4” top spacer on both sides and call it a day. 1/4 spacers net close to 1/2 lift
