    Hey all,
Wasn't sure where to post this, so I default to my most frequented forum.

Looking at buying a trailer (similar to a 5x10 with 2" ball, but more outfitted for over landing, etc. and a good deal) that's located in Oklahoma. I'm in Florida. Has anyone had any good experience with a specific shipping company? The cheapest quote we got was $700. It's about 1200 miles and approx. 18 hours... One way. That's just a long haul. A long haul. Looked at flying the husband out ($50-$100 ticket one way) and renting a truck, but I think rentals can be tricky as they usually don't want you towing. Thoughts?

Just wondering if anyone had any advice.

    Thanks!

Maybe contact a local trailer dealer in the area your looking to buy the trailer and ask who they use to ship their trailers. Worth a shot.

So when you say shipping company I’m assuming it’s to ship your truck. Coastal Auto Shipping
Ask for Gerson 786-257-1503. They are great and have the cheapest rates that I have found. But then again Im shipping all the way to Hawaii.

If you read the post you'd see she's looking at shipping a trailer. Check out Motoshippers. He's a friend of mine, specializes in shipping things with wheels

Out of curiosity, what's it cost to ship a vehicle to Hawaii??

I paid $600 to ship my truck from TX to FL... Back in 2015

Well as an update, looking at making a road trip out of it and visiting family in Colorado which is just another 10hrs from Oklahoma :)

Like 1900 miles one way. Taking the dogs. It'll be a spontaneous adventure.

    Cheers
