Anyone use a foam cannon? Been wanting both a pressure washer and a cannon but I kinda think they're just a fad.

I like my cannon. For $15 on Amazon you can't go wrong. I bought it to use on my muddy rzr every time I rode it. That sucker will completely cover my truck in suds in about 15 seconds. Only thing I don't like about it is you have to take the cannon off to use regular water through it. I don't know if it's because I bought the cheaper one or not but

I think most are made this way. Cannon swaps for a wand.

I blew the guts out of the cannon that came with my AR Blue Clean. Maybe my own fault, not sure.
Didn't feel like it did much anyway. I'd guess they'd work on already clean vehicle, not so much on heavy grime.

It was a gift a couple years ago. Want to say the local Rural King had em for about $80

I'm not a fan of electric pressure washers. They all seem to suck, gas is the only way I'd buy one.

I was thinking about going electric for the simplicity factor. I know a gas will be more powerful though.

Mine is great! Strips concrete to look like new and used it on a 20 year old picnic table, blasted through years of fungus and algae growth. Even go into the old stain and paint on it.

It takes a bit longer if you plan to do a large area, but it gets the job done and you won't risk stripping vehicle paint or punching a hole in your siding of your house.

Agreed. I like the thoughts of how simple a electric is but I bought my Honda pressure washer 12 years ago and it gets used and abused by myself and I typically loan it out 4 or 5 times a summer to friends and family. Good purchase.

She has a AWD 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Great vehicle, she's put 65-70k on it since 2013. All we've ever done is oil and air filters. Still on the OEM brakes. Needs tires.

Speaking of 4Runners. I picked up a set of 2017 TRD OR Trail rims with 265/70/17 tires with only 5k miles on them. $700.

That's $200 cheaper than new tires for the stock rims I was looking at

Those look good too!! I picked up at clearance at Walmart 4 can of sand plasti dip paint, $2 a can! I’m going to paint the crap out of the rims I get from @Bluegrass Taco when he gets from Moab. And see how they look with my truck!

    Oh....and also speaking of 4Runners. Had a coworker's '17 SR5's wiring become a chew toy for a rodent family.

$3500 dollars in damage. Obviously not a warrantied item. But last I heard his home owners insurance was stepping in. Still has a $1000 deductible though. :(

You got a great deal on those rims. $25 a piece. Can't beat that

And thanks for the compliment on the rims. They may be a bit shiny for some people. But they're fine for my street rig

Yeah it’s a fantastic deal on those wheels! I got new tires but my stock still has tread left and I want to use those when I’m not wheeling! I figure it’ll make my new tires last longer especially since starting in June I’ll be driving 67 miles one way to work. I’ve seen a few people with the 4 runner wheels and I think they look good. U got a fair price on them too!

Gonna use my stock rims as my winter setup. By the fall I'll have Duratracs on them.

That’ll be nice to have! Man I was heated yesterday, got my new tires last week and took my work truck to Purcell’s for services and they had fallen wildpeaks take offs for $350! Still had 90 percent tred on them. Man I almost gave in and got those too! Decided I better not. The wifey woulda killed me!

I want to eventually find a set of the gunmetal wheels that come on some of the new SR5 Tacomas and put a set 265s or something on them for winter/road trip tires. Plus they would be nice to have around for the day I decide to go back to stock and sell or trade.
