while my truck was having new frame installed. Now that have truck back, the radio doesn't pick up near as well as the Camry. Question is this, what can I do to improve my stock 2006 Taco radio ? Any info and suggestions greatly appreciated

    Thanks
    Larry

Realistically, a bigger (longer?)/better antenna is all I can think of without getting into electronics.

Replace that outdated factory head unit with a new one! I prefer Pioneer or Alpine!

Probably could add a long range antenna. Could try putting ferrite clamps over all the wiring until it goes away if it is a static issue

And also, this is my aftermarket antenna. I forget who makes it but I got it on Amazon for like $30 and it is the shortest one recommended by the seller to still get good reception...
