07 Tacoma prerunner trd sport

Custom head lights, grillecraft grille

I have a 07 prerunner and was wondering if it’s possible to run 12.5 wide tires with a bilstein 5100 adjustable lift set at 2.5 In with a aal in the back. The tires are 305/50/20. Will I be able to clear that and not hit anything important when turning considering the width of the tires ?
