This may be a dumb question and might not get much traction....but I'm just curious if anyone does anything special to their rigs at all, mods etc.... based on their photography? I shoot landscape mainly and take a few photo-roadtrips a year, looking for some cool ideas...big or small. Generally I just store my gear in the back of the shell, oh and charge the camera batteries in the bed outlet as I drive. I know, real exciting ;)

I have ordered a 4 wheel camper shell so that I can do photography with the truck as the base. I am intending on following IMSA across the country and touring national parks and recreation areas once I retire (in about 6 months or so). I ordered the bare shell so that I can modify it for my needs. I intend to have the ability to print (probably use Canon Pro 100) and have a standing work station inside the camper. I get my camper on Nov 27th and am headed out to Utah/AZ for a week. It is my intent to get pictures of 'The Wave' that week. Once I do a few trips in it I will give you some better insight in how my setup is.
