It's less Tacoma and more mod
There are no forests. All of the plants are tougher than Chuck Norris and one species of Cactus is actually aggressive. The temperature is trying to kill you, everything is dirt colored including the native grasses. This place is basically hard mode for existing. I miss weather, especially snow and temperatures below 50. On the flipside, Flagstaff is pretty cool and basically like any other normal state.

Maybe it's just because I was born and raised here :notsure: I lived in Texas for a couple years and I'd rather have dry heat then humid heat. :tumbleweed:

Seriously. Lived in Flagstaff for a few years and then only visit to Phoenix that was enjoyable was in January. When it was a "frigid" 78F. No joke saw people in coats and sweatshirts. And I'm sitting there thinking "how many more pieces of clothing can I take off before I get arrested?" Of course I had just moved to Flagstaff from SE Alaska...

If you gone that far you should relocate the fuel filter so it will be eaiser to replace later down the road. That filter is in a shitty spot. There is a write up here somewhere how someone did it.
