I just got a 2018 Tacoma limited and I’m looking to have a sub put in. I went to a sound shop and they recommended a stealth box with a 10” JL. It has the “upgraded” JBL 8” sub and a buddy of mine recommended swapping it out with a sundown 8” so I wouldn’t have to replace the whole panel behind the backseat. Does anybody have experience with this? I’m planning on keeping the stock speakers and just swapping the sub and adding an amp.
