2006 Tacoma, 4cyl w/375,000 miles, frame replacement

Hey folks,

Just curious how many high mileage frame replacements are out there and what you had replaced at the time of the frame replacement. My truck has been great to date. Engine wise, oil changes 2500-3000 miles, and tranny fluids at every 75, 000 miles. 5 speed with original clutch. It has been used as a truck should be, hauling boats and trailers as well as firewood.

frame replaced @ ~160k miles

208k miles on it and love it!

 

My 2007 double cab trd had a frame replacement December of 2016. It is better than new now. Super happy with the job the dealership did. I’m in Pitt Meadows BC

At the time I paid to have the following done:
New front shocks
Replaced emergency brake cable
Flushed and replaced all fluids
Re sealed timing cover and replaced water pump
All new belts

This totaled over $2800 cad
