I made a thread a while back about how I make custom knives in my shop here in Southern Maryland. I had quite a few PMs and emails to make some different style knives in stainless with kydex horizontal sheaths for EDC. So here's what I did. I bought some more stock for blades, this time I bought annealed Bohler N695, which is equivalent to 440C SS. 440C is outstanding stainless for knife blades, but Bohler's recipe is slightly different. Do not confuse 440C with the Chinese 440A/B stuff, while not horrible, you can't compare them to 440C. 440C is excellent.

I can't heat treat stainless in my forge due to high exact temperatures required to properly heat treat, so I sent this batch off to Paul Bos Heat Treating in Idaho. If you don't already know this, they do the heat treating for Buck Knives. Paul Farner is the heat treater for Paul Bos now, but has an excellent reputation and does awesome work.

All knives were hardened to 59/60 HRC by Paul. When I received them back they all had hardness testing marks in the tang, so each knife was tested 4 times. Can't say enough about his work.

Read my other thread on how long it takes to make these and what goes into making them.

Here goes: Each knife is 5/32" N695, 6.25"-6.5", with G10 handles, liners, Kydex horizontal sheath, and sharpened. The O1 knives will also be listed below N695 knives. The price for each N695 is the same, $95 shipped CONUS only. This a hobby of mine, and seriously, I make next to nothing doing it, but let's face it, knives are cool!

It's an awesome blade. I can't believe it didn't sell before. It's beefy, but a great all around knife.

Yeah, these are beautiful. I remember seeing your other thread and was very impressed at the quality. Wish I had some extra spending money right now.

I have taken a hiatus on knife making for a while. Lots of other stuff going on at the moment. My next run of knives will be kitchen knives, that's what I've been getting a lot of requests for. Since I only do about 30-40 knives a year, not sure how many more I'll be making this year. Thanks for the inquiry though.
