The ECGS bushing is an easy job. Reason why I didn’t do it myself was cause the tools to remove the old bearing would cost as much as the labor my mechanic was charging me. So I just had him do the whole suspension swap and ECGS. I’ll be doing the spring swap, UCAs, bumper (gonna cut up a new truck lol) and winch.

I can feel it between 20-30 mph when I’m slowing down. Very slightly, but I can still tell.

I use kryptonite Kustoms in bossier city. They are a legit off-roading shop that builds rock crawlers/buggies from scratch and races em around the country.

Gotcha! I'm in Breaux Bridge, so not too far. If you need some help with anything, let me know. I'm always down to turn some wrenches. How many miles does your truck have? And did you get new UCAs as well? For alignment, I recommend Firestone on ambassador by Chick Fil A. I have lifetime alignments over there, and they do a pretty good job.

No UCA's i got my 1st alignment done there and they did ok took it to the one on Johnston and they couldn't get it any better! it was worth a shot. i might take you up on that offer for the ECGS bushing might want to see if warranty will cover it or not but thats a drive to baton rouge for me cuz Hampton sucks! I am at 56k now so got to do it soon!

Yeah, if you get aftermarket UCAs, they can get a lot better. I got the lifetime alignment, so I get it done every oil change. Hampton does suck, I am never bringing my truck there again.

Nice truck, but you are going to need a lift, tires, topper, front bumper, winch, rear bumper, OBA, lockers, ham radio, lights.......

I know a mobile mechanic that'll do the ecgs bushing in Lafayette. I went to about 5 shops over here and either wouldnt do it or had weeks lead time on work. He has the tool to do it too, I gave him mine. Pm me for his price and number if interested.

Anybody ever have issues with Northshore Toyota in Covington? They’ve given me grief over my request that they balance my wheels with a lug-centric adapter.
