954 toyota tacoma lx 2.4 problem!

My issue started when I went to crank my truck and it kept dying. It wouldnt stay running, so I tried changing the fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, cleaned the egr valave, cleaned the MAF sensor, bought a egr vaccum module,catatlytic coverter changed and the throttle position sensor. none of that seemed to help. Then I changed the coil and it made it idle better and it had better throttle respone, but when I drive now it misses really bad and cuts out. I bought plugs and wires three months ago, so they should be good. This issue is about to drive me insane! Any ideas of what could be wrong?

 

Have you checked fuel pressure with a gauge?

Have you ever replaced your pump for a new one? The brushes are really worn down after 13 years.

Have you checked all over your engine for vacuum leaks? Hoses and seals.

 

we finally figured out after replacing all those parts that they had given us a bad coil, we replaced that again and its running great!
