Well, good evening folks. Out in the sun and wind all day. I think my ears are sunburnt.

So, there was talk of that cool old boat and I seen that one here again today. Talked to the owner and his wife and come to find out this one is a home built kit. Said it took him 7 months. Upon closer look it doesn't quite have that elegant fit and finish but he has way more patience than me and it did turn out rather well...and it floats and it makes him happy so that's what matters most. He had a more current motor on it and a troller this go 'round. Still pretty cool though.

Yep I can only attach a flag pole to my fence in my front yard . i'm using this metal adjustable pole mount and using a 6' tall 1" dia pole from a kit from home depot https://www.homedepot.com/p/Prime-Line-1in-Adjustable-White-Zinc-Flagpole-Bracket-U-10256/100543450

The pole is mounted at 90° and the problem im having is those flag pole spinners , these keep the flag rotating on the pole . they're plastic and when the winds are strong the plastic pieces will fatigue and crack . The caribiners will hit the set screw and not allow the flag to move freely

Today I found some really nice metal flag pole spinners on Amazon that are made of metal and they actually have ball bearings to allow them to move easier than the plastic ones

Not good when a dentist appointment is the high point in your day.
Last Friday I stormed out of the managers office and seriously thought about never going back! But after talking with the wife and mulling it over at the end of the day it’s just a job! I try not to take it personally.
    Take it easy.
