WOT 5700RPM my TRD injectors were at 95% duty cycle with a 2.55 URD pulley and 7th injector was at 38% duty cycle.

Now with the 640cc injectors they are at 66% with 7th injector about the same 38% duty cycle.

You can get by with 2.55 on the TRD injectors but there’s no headroom left.

    Interesting, thanks for the info!

So looking at these injectors on URDs website: https://www.urdusa.com/61lb-mulit-fuel-fuel-injector-for-1gr-fe/

They are rated as 61lb injectors, is there a way to know what it is rated in terms of the cc's?

Ok, and it looks like their good for e 85 as well which would be nice to have as an option. Is there a thread available on here with info on what else is required to run e85? fuel lines? fuel pump? sensors?

A little info on what i have and what i will be running:
Current: TRD SC, 2.85" URD pulley. secondary air filter removed. TRD Catback
Have but not installed: URD fuel pump kit with aem 320lph, OVtuning handheld
Need to buy: 2.55" URD pulley, injectors? maybe other parts (if minimal) to run e85?

You wont be able to run anything other than the 455cc injectors until OVTune comes out with support for bigger injectors. Everybody that is running other than the stock sc 450cc injectors either has a UCON or Haltech.

I might ask ovtune if I can drive over there, and we can get the injector deal ironed out. Probably only takes me two hours goin slow to swap the injectors, and I could donit in the parking lot at his shop

Here are the parts for the pulley wrap.
    Larger washers are shown
I make the brackets out of 1/8 x 1" stainless but a good steel (painted) would work. Make sure you taper it as shown for two reasons, one is to prevent the belt from possible rubbing and 2 to give the large washers a full surface to rest against.
    1 M8 x 30 10mm flange head bolt
1 M8 x 40 10mm flange head bolt. You need these to be 10mm heads or you wont have enough room for adjustment.
I don't have the size of the smaller washer but you can see how it is ground down on one side. This allows for further adjustment.
Pulley comes from a Dayco Timing Belt Kit. Part # 84041 Rockauto has them cheapest I have found.
THE NUT IS FOR DISPLAY ONLY. NOT REQUIRED OR USED FOR INSTALL!!!
Use one thick washer or two thinner ones. If you don't the washer may bend into the slit in the pulley. There is a fair amount of load on this part so you want it to be solid.
    Wrap installed.jpg

I have also made a few for others here. If anyone is interested in buying the ready to install kit its $100 shipped in the US.

Interesting the UCON apparently just sprays the 7th injector at 38% IDC regardless of the main injector IDC is...

It varies, it’s not just a straight 38%. But at WOT just before changing gears, it’s usually up to around 40%. I’ve never seen it go over 40%.

So didnt you have the Ucon at one time? And now switching to the ovtune... @GT7 If only we could see a Ucon vs Ovtune comparison with the 61 injectors and 2.5 on the same dyno
