Radio question - Any one know what this is?

Toyota Radio Navigation GPS APPS Bluetooth Module Extension Box

Anyone know what this is or how to hook it up?
Would like to add nav to my radio?

It fits in underneath the radio. But just installing this won't give you Nav on your non Nav radio. Your best bet is going after market

Nope not even close, that is a Sirus Sat radio system. Mounts under the main radio. All nav functions are in the main radio. Best bet is try finding one in a wrecking yard, your truck being a 2014 already has the GPS antenna mounted in the shark fin. Two wires come out of it a black for the sat radio and white for GPS. 2014 and 2015 are the same systems and interchangeable. Got mine out of a 2014 sport model and mine is a 2015 TRD access cab. Took all of 20min to install.
