I was referring to weather down south at Padre Island.

Good to know that it won't be any better here.

According to the map it looked like the meet was closer to the Corpus side of the beach than the Harlingen side or did I see that wrong?

Padre Island National Seashore, is the location of this weekends gathering.

The TacomaWorld meet, in June, is at South Padre Island.

I'm seeing some rain now. I was looking at the forecast for SPI thinking it would be closer than Corpus. Moved it bit north to Johnson, TX and forecast there is similar to what yall have been saying. Maybe 40% chance. Either way, bring some awnings/canopies for sun or rain and we'll be good.

Evening gents! Been a long day but a productive one. Rewired my whole solar panel setup today. The wiring i did it with initially was aluminum clad copper and the insulation on the outside was getting worn, so swapped it out for some solid copper 10 gauge wire and wrapped it up in convoluted tubing to protect it. Got it all back up and running, but took probably 6 hours or so..

Time to sit back and enjoy a few brewskis now! Hope everyone is having a good one!

Sooooooo.... let me get this straight. You're flying a smart car sideways, a few feet off the ground, while simultaneously squirting rice jizz out of an oversized baby bottle, next to some power lines. Sounds fun! I will never take my job for granted again, I needed an airsick bag just watching that.
