Looking for some cool modifications to do to my truck, I can't think of anything off the top of my head besides suspension, oba, and speakers.

Save your money till you find something that needs improving.

Mods that are just because all the other kids are on it doesn't make it yours. It makes it 'like theirs'.

The rear diff mod @JaCado calls out is a very practical one. And budget friendly. And easy.

I have side steps I just put on
I prefer the 18 TRD OR grill I put on over the pro grill
    I have a 3 inch lift
    I like my wheels
I wouldn't mind an rtt but I'm planning on getting a cap then getting prinsu racks for the cab and cap then getting an rtt
    I have the morimoto fogs
I was hoping to get a rear bumper with a swing out for the spare and Jerry can holder
    Looking at front bumpers
    I like my Discoverer tires
I have aftermarket headlights that are already blacked out with quad projectors, pretty decent lights actually. Paint something?

Emerald green letter inserts [dash, tailgate, door sill protectors] Emerald green vinyl wrap on all interior chrome minus door handles Changed stock blue gauge numbers and all interior switches/buttons to green using window tint behind the face CB radio OVTune
I say this because I’m still pretty proud of my work and I think it’s too much work for most people, but like @JaCado said, interior lighting mods. I put window tint behind the face of the gauges and switches. I changed all the colors to green. And you could wrap all the interior chrome as well. Pretty cheap to do.
