Traded for 4X4.
caliraised, which I only know of for their LEDs, has released a full faux TRD Pro grill set for $280 shipped and no tax. They say it will work with the TSS package. Has anybody tried this out? It looks good in the image, and I’ve always heard good things about their lights.

    Addition:

Is the garnish VIN locked like the grille itself?

And I’m also willing to hear other recommendations that have worked for people. I am desperate to get my Pro grille back.

Another person posted that they got one from there and it did not work with the tss sensor because it didn’t have slots at the bottom for the garnish piece. They were going to have to either break the tabs off of the garnish or dremel out slots on the grille.

$280 is laughable when the OEM grille can be had for about $190 shipped (if you can get a dealer to sell you one) plus garnish for ~$55.

I got a Chinese knock off and OEM garnish from eBay for $150. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Would you please share a link for the eBay listings? You haven’t had any issues with either? And is it as simple as doing a grille swap on the 16-17 models?

Nobody in my area would know I had a knock off because I live in BFE South Carolina. It’s all GM here. I’ve seen like, 2-3 pros in 3 years.

    Sure thing:

    https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/263357037559

    https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/273109574350

...I had a 15% off coupon. Everything fit together great. I got some 1/4” star locking washer things at ace hardware. I also bought some krylon dual spray paint and painted the base part of the “T” and “A” that come all one color (silver). Finally, I used plastic epoxy on the back of every letter to make sure they aren’t going anywhere.

Everything looks and works great so far!

So the grille is missing two letters that you have to put on yourself? Is there a reason behind that?

Problem is finding a dealer who will sell you one. I move every few years, so don’t have the opportunity to build up a good relationship. But if you know someone, let me know!!

I ended up Googling Toyota dealerships near me and calling all the parts departments until I found one who would sell to me. Ordered 2018 OEM grill with garnish shipped for less than Cali version and just a little more than the Chinese one. I’ll take that!

Most tried telling me I could only purchase the 2017 model which was $399+ (#pass). But maybe I just got lucky, called 10+ places.

I just picked up a 2018 OEM Pro grill, sensor garnish and wire harness for $270 for everything. Sure I could have found it all for cheaper if I would of looked around harder.
