I have been changing the oil in the Tacoma every 5K miles, I've been wondering when I should change the other fluids. Such as the coolant, brake fluid, front and rear differential fluid, power steering, and ATF.

Does anyone recommend when I should do these as I intend to keep this truck for a long time.

There is a small book in your glove box, check that.

Front and rear diff and T-case every 30k
    Radiator every 100k
    Brakes every brake replacement
Power steering you can do at 100k
Transmission 100k (or 60k if you tow)

Check your fluids regularly. Change them more often if they look bad.
I don’t touch my brake or powersteering fluid until it looks like it needs to be changed. Exception is when I change the brakes or replace a powersteering pump.

I would have the transmission flushed at 100k. Not a drain and refill but thats my personal preference.

    Same as everybody else...
Just me but here's what I do...

    Diff every 30k
    A/T every 30k
Coolant every 100k or 8 years
PS every 2 years using the turkey baster method
    Brake Fluid every 5 years

I don't tow or drive in unusual conditions, none of these services are expensive and if it makes my truck last longer I'm happy. What's the old saying "grease is cheaper than steel"
