For all of you Toyota owners that have had problems that should have been reimbursed here is the Toyota address. Of course you will get a runaround and probably never get paid but as I get older I like to let them know what their defects are and what I think of the lack of dealer help with their know defects.

They will want detailed written receipts from a dealer of:
    Reason brought in
    Repair facility diagnoses
    Repair performed with part #s
Proof of payment which must be a signed credit card slip, cancelled check, or credit card statement (paid on the facility receipt does NOT count).

Good Luck to all - I struck out as usual but gave it a try to confirm that my 2009 Tacoma will be my last Toyota.

Rear springs when new were 3 leaf and dealer put in 4 as was bottoming out and when towing they again sagged down to stops so I had to put in OME to correct even as a recall was in place and they had none available - oh except for the new Tacoma's that have the same crap ones. Also my driveshaft was a loose mess clunking around and the dealer had no cure so I bought a Tom Woods and solved that one. I did not ask for reimbursement on the rest that was the rear diff was trashed at 100k so a complete rebuild (not by dealer as they would not even test without the original driveshaft). Both rear wheel bearings at the same time and both front wheel bearings too. Headlights melted due to daytime running lights so I replaced. Now have that front vibration due to drivers side front diff roller bearing.

I've had headlights, u joints and rear springs all replaced on Toyota's dime.

    I got no complaints
