Does the license plate holder work with no winch installed, but still have the winch cutout?

Does the bumper house the winch, or is a separate winch mount required?

Yes it does, you would just need to supply a couple of 3/8"x1" bolts with nuts to attach the license plate holder. Typically the holder gets installed using the bolts that come with the winch fairlead.
The bumper is made with the winch mount built into it, no separate mounts are required.

These videos have been the most comprehensive I've seen in regards to how to take off the 3rd gen bumpers. I'm looking to Raptor spray my bumper (since I got a scratch on it I figure now is a good time). For the lower valance, can I just leave it on and Raptor spray over it, or should I take it off? My only fear is that taking it off may cause the clips to break and I won't be able to put it back together. And if I do leave the valance on, will the Raptor spray stick to it or do I need to scuff it up first?

We don't currently have anyone in that area set up as a dealer.

OME BP-51 Nitto 285's C4 Low Pro Bumper Mobtown Skids
    Sweet Bumper!
Mobtown Skid fits perfectly with bumper.
I went with a Caliraised 20" light bar because I liked the blue illuminated dash toggle they sell. It mounted with no problems to the mounting tabs on the bumper.
I'm waiting on my sweet C4 sliders to be built now.
I decided to go with Bullet Liner instead of powder coating due to turn around time and money. If you get the additional supports DO NOT get them sprayed with the bed liner as it makes them too thick to mount with stock hardware. Ask me how I know:frusty:. Install was a 3 beer task! Take your time and follow the instructions and it's a breeze.

Your website says that this bumper is compatible with TSS.

It does not specify if both the version with and without bull bar is compatible.

    Do you know for sure?

I asked the same question and went with the bull bar as it is compatible with both options

Here is a C4 Low pro bumper install with the frame tie in brackets. The brackets took a good amount of fab work to make them play well with the Kings Reservoir mounts.

Very happy with the quality of my bumper and having this thread helped a ton with install.
My only issue is where or what do I do with lisence plate?
